  1. We’re at day 85 from the confirmation email stating our refund request was received. My brother on the same cruise received his credit 2 weeks ago.🤬
  2. I got an email for a credit on my Saturday sailing and I too requested the refund. I’m hoping that this is an automated email, but now I need to do some digging which I’ve got no time for. I think it’s close to the 1400 per person I paid for but need to look that up too. Ugh...
  3. My mother in law and niece are scheduled to go out tomorrow and have gotten nothing, no information regarding cancellation. How can NCL not even update their website? Without me on CC, she would’ve never known...
  4. I agree. We are on NCL cruise on 4/5 but have a mom over 70 (doc probably won’t sign the med letter) and they’re in high school. Can’t risk a quarantine for them to miss 2 weeks if quarantine) but they want to risk it. Ummm. I don’t want to be the bad guy and say we are not going so hoping NCL pulls the trigger too. I can’t imagine they won’t.
  5. My husband called NCL tonight bc his mom cruises on Saturday. NCL rep said the policy begins 16Mar2020. on the other hand, my trip with my mom who is 75 will probably not happen as her doc is on medical leave and that others in that med office would not sign off on that in her opinion.
