The port boards are not very active right now and hope ok to post here.
What are your favorite things to do at each port. My husband is not adventurous at all, meaning no zip lining, caves (mobility restrictions due to arthritis).Aruba day is a long one, back onboard is not until 11pm.

You would have had to add the offer under each separate account login to use it on each card.
Yes we have done this.

Question, to make sure I understand. We have a Platinum Amex (no airline affiliation) The offer says spend $500 get $200 back. In the fine print says one time use. My husband is the lead person on the account and can see all charges / payments are made under one account. We have different account numbers on the actual cards and separate log in for our own cards, but combined in charges / payments.
Can we each get the $200 if we do two $500 payments on each of our cards?
Thank you -

Anything but between 6-7:30. A lot of shows start at that time or a little after. We used to do MTD but we stopped because we missed some shows because we were dinning in the "doughnut". We like 8 pm because we are not rushed on port days and it seems more relaxed and quicker service. On our last cruise MTD and early/late sittings were on the same floor. They always had our table open and we sometimes got to the table as early at 7:30.
Thanks, that was our fear. We like to eat about 7pm but looking at current compasses 7-8pm was when a lot of the things we like to see were happening other than if a show had two times.

I have seen posts that on some ships Junior suites do not get access to Costal Kitchen for dinner, I understand they do not qualify for breakfast and lunch and reservations are required. Anyone know if the JS on the Odyssey qualify for dinner at CK?
Thank you

Nevrbeenhere, very true, I was mostly curious about not missing the main shows if you didn't want to catch the 10pm one. Not sure my husband would make it until 10pm, LOL, he is an early riser.

We have My Time Dine on our next cruise on the Odyssey. What time do you recommend having dinner to get the most out of the evening activities and shows? I know we should reserve in advance and wanted to get some input from the experts. Thank you

Same, nothing yet official but on the app now GC is no longer listed for our Jan 29 date and Falmouth is listed. On the excursion area of the planner it has Falmouth but the GC excursions so its updating somewhere just not fully.
-
Does this mean they are changing the port? Originally this itinerary was GC, Aruba, Curaco. Now it shows both Jamaica and GC. When I look at excusions and choose only Falmouth it shows the GC excursions.

My husband is a chef and catered for many years. He said it will depend on how many people onboard. Food cost to run a buffet is high if there aren't enough people to warrant it.

Would you mind sharing which beach you were at in Curacao? We have this itinerary in January and our first visit to this island.

We are sailing Jan 29, 2022 Odyssey. I purchased 3 day dining plan, unlimited beverage package and Voom yesterday. Today the prices went down. However no way to know if the prices will decrease.
I cancelled and rebooked. I will keep checking as well. If they do not go down anymore we are happy with today's prices.
I can't anwer your other questions but other than I see no reason you can't go with the two device option.

You can get on a three way call with your TA and Royal so they can go over it all. Your TA can call them then once on the line they can conference you in.

If you order something and they try to steer you away from it, listen to them. We had a large party and one person really wanted to try one item, the server said she would recommend something else, the person said its ok I would like to try it. No one liked it. Don't remember what it was.

Thanks, found it but where do I make reservations for the specialty restaurants. I ordered the 3nt dining package but do not see how I can reserve the specialty restaurant it only allows me to add it for the first night when I reserved it. Do I need to wait until onboard?
-
It has been about three years since my last RCCL cruise. Where do I reserve the nightly dinner times for My Time or do I need to?
If purchasing a three night dining package can those reservations be made in advance?
Thank you

Will you be posting the activities schedule? Thank you for your live report.

Is there a max cost when on the Bev package? For example I see $22 for a glass of Moet.

I do not see the cost for espresso on the Starbucks list posted, would it be possible to check the cost of a single and double espresso? Also anyone know the cost in the dining room for one? Thank you enjoying your report.
Also does anyone know the normal cost of sparkling water and water bottles? Trying to figure out if the beverage package would work for us.

One more question, what is the cost difference to buy onboard vs in advance? Is only one of us wants it, is that possible? Currently for Jan 29, 2022 Odyssey it says $66.99 pp, per day plus tip of course. Says it is a 20% discount. Is purchasing it onboard really about $15 more pp, per day?

I understand the price varies by date / ship. Anyone who has sailed on a newer ship have you seen prices for less than $60. I know when we sailed on the Freedom the beverage package was much less than on the Symphony when it was new. We are going to be on the Odyssey.
