  1. Hello All, We will be on the Jewel in December and will have a 4 year old with us. Has anyone had recent experience on the Jewel with Splash Academy? We were on the Prima in July and the process of signing them up at a specific time each day was absolutely terrible. They said they were trailing a new method, but I’m hoping they have since stopped. Please let me know the process on this particular ship but please, more recent and personal experience. Thanks
  2. Hello All, We will be on an NCL cruise in December that ends in Singapore. We would like to find a day tour that will pick us up from the cruise port and drop off at the airport. Our flight isn't scheduled to leave until 10:30 pm, so we have the full day to explore, but of course, we have all our bags. We will also have a toddler, so walking with a bunch of luggage is not an option for us. Any help would be great! Thank you in advance.
  3. I have used them a couple of times. I do not prefer to use them as I feel they over recommend a lot of the vaccines and are a bit pushy at times. I prefer to do my own research and talk to me PCP. You can also go to the travel clinic at your local health department as most PCP's don't handle travel vaccines and I can't blame them as they have enough to juggle.
  4. We actually just cancelled our trip. We requested the 2 day flight deviation and they claimed we did not. Our cruise was starting in NZ and ending in Sydney, while NCL had us arriving the day of our cruise at 6 am. As long as you can get the flight deviation (if you choose) it would be worth it. The lesson I learned was after requesting flight deviation, make sure to get a email confirmation!

  6. Our flight are from Atlanta to Houston to LAX then to Auckland (super long day). Coming back it’s Sydney to SFO to Atlanta. NCL screwed up our flight deviation request so we are arriving the day of.
  7. You can’t see the air reservation on the app or website, but you can see it in the email they send. Maybe once it’s gets closer you may be able to see it in the app but not sure.

  10. Hello All, I was hoping someone could answer this question for me. We will be arriving in Auckland next month and thanks to NCL and not adding the requested flight deviation, we are arriving the day of the cruise. So, arriving at 6 am, how early can we drop our luggage at the cruise terminal? Our cruise leaves at 6 pm and would like to get a few hours out to explore. Thank you to anyone that has some answers.
  11. I believe you cannot request flight deviation if you’re within the 75 days window, but I could be mistaken. I have been told different time frames for receiving the flight details from 60 days as well as 30-45 days out. I’m currently 55 days out and awaiting our international flights from Atlanta to Auckland.
