I once had an issue with the app not talking to the reservation system after making a change to my reservation. One IT "expert" tried and failed to fix the problem when talking to me on the phone. I got the trouble ticket and call back in 5 days response. When I called back, I got an IT person, who knew what they were doing. He simply had my totally log out of the app and close it. Then open it and log back in. That worked! Good luck.

We don't drink alcohol, so the packages don't make sense financially for us. I did go ahead and pay for wifi for an upcoming cruise to aviod the price increase on Dec 14.

Two months ago, we stayed at the Hilton Garden at Terminal 2/3 both pre and post cruise. We found it to be very comfortable and covenient. We were able to walk to/from our flights.

We were on the same cruise with LT Hambone and yes, the Emerald Princess has a Kettle in the cabins. My wife made tea in ours every morning. I will add.... it was a great cruise!
