I'm with the same TA for over 25-30 years and first, I do my research (company, ship, cabin, date etc.) and tell them without the price I found and most of the time, they have the same price I have and sometimes higher.... Never came lower than mine.... And never had OBC from them

And the 125% is not on the full amount. When you pay for a cruise, the total amount is one part for the cruise and one for taxes. The 125% will be ONLY the cruise portion which in my case almost 50/50

English is not my first language but if i'm reading correctly the last email is in direct contradiction to a sentence of the document.

When it's says      "Alternatively, we will give you a full refund of the original cruise fare."

And by definition "Alternatively"  means "another option or possibility" so it means we can choose to take the FCC OR refund now not after dec 31 2021

I just return a message to Reservations@msccruises.ca with my understanding. I encourage you to do the same.

And btw, i did sent a message to the "Contact Center Manager" (whatever a Contact Center Manager do...)  at MSC Canada and waiting for a response. If you want, I could post his email adress

Sorry if I start a new topic from my previous one.

I have DOU package and to have frozen drinks (foo foo drinks), I have to upgrade to Premium. That's good for me...

If I upgraded before the cruise, MSC and others companies (Celebrity, NCL), request that both passengers have to go with it...  With MSC, I'll save the 15% tips....  Don't remember about Celebrity and NCL.

With NCL and Celebrity, if you do it on the ship, they accept to upgrade just one of the passengers but I have to add tips (15% or so) ....    Is it the same with MSC (?
