  1. Has anyone called in to change from a refund to a $125% future cruise credit? Is this something Regent has granted?
  2. 90 days to process a refund is totally unreasonable. The process of automating this back could be easily accomplished. I believe Regent's true motivation is to delay the refund as much as possible and hope to sell future cruises to keep the bank balance. I see no harm to at least inquire with the credit card company about the process.
  3. Give them time. I notice I AM able to cancel my May 4 cruise on Regent owned by NCL. They are working through the web announcement issues.
  4. It appears Regent has canceled some cruises but have not posted yet. I just placed my cruise itinerary number into the Regent refund request page. It now is allowing me to take a refund for my Explorer May cruise. I expect the web site got ahead of marketing.
  5. I notice Regent has now listed all cruises sailing before July 1 as "Wait Listed" Looks like a cancel of everything till July 1.
  6. Why is a NCLH ship (Regent) Seven Seas Splendor (A brand new ship) just paddling around the Pacific burning fuel with no passengers? See https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/home/shipid:5937254/zoom:9 . Look at its past track history.
