Celebration bookings are now open
happy traveler69 replied to jimbo5544's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
We booked yesterday! We have never done an inaugural cruise before, but this one sounds nice, as we have not sailed from London and that is one place my daughter wants to see. I just read some horror stories about the ships aren't ready when the it is time o sail and they are constantly doing some heavy construction which takes away from the experience. I like the ships to go around the block a few times before I get on it so they can get all of the kinks out, but the price was too good to pass up. So, we shall see! -

Yes, we got $100 off the total cost of the cruise! We are doing the inaugural cruise! -
I voluntarily canceled a cruise last week because we found a different itinerary we liked better. We opted for a FCC because we knew were are booking another cruise. It was canceled under the cancel with confidence deal. Any idea how long it would take for the cruise credit to hit my account? Thanks

We are boked on the Sun for April 2022 (Tokyo to Japan). While we normally get a mini (club balcony suite) on NCL, the price for that on this particular cruise scared me. We have just a regular balcony. Reading your post is making me do some number crunching to make it happen!!

In 10 days what will it be
happy traveler69 replied to drvmywifecrzy's topic in Norwegian Cruise Line
I like the speculations you all have. I agree that cruising needs to start more sooner that later. I agree that folks need to play by the rules- mask on or don't sail out. Limited capacity is fine, as well as being served in the buffet. I just hope that December cruises go on without a hitch (or at least mine....) I have a 10 day one from NY on the GEM! -

It’s real, alright! I got one and called. They removed the extra charges. -

I hear you! I got the same notification the other day! I called them to complain (nicely) and they took it off. -
I learned that the cost of Vibe is $259 for cruises that are 12+ days. The cost of the spa is $299 for cruises 12+ days. Now I have to figure out if either one would be worth it. With both we can buy for a few days only as well.

Good evening/morning! We are sailing on the Getaway for the transatlantic cruise in April. The cruise is 15 days. We are possibly hoping to get Vibe passes. I believe it’s $229pp for a weeklong cruise. Do they charge you double that for a cruise that’s twice as long? What was your experience with Vibe? Did YOU find any value in purchasing the pass?
