  1. We were in Budapest about 3 years ago and bought some of the painted egg ornaments. If I remember correctly, they ran about $10 apiece. You can convert that over to the correct currency.
  2. Thanks for all of the information on Ama Waterways. All of you have been very helpful! We are looking forward to booking a cruise very soon. Judy and Bill
  3. Thanks! That is about the timeframe we are thinking about doing it, i.e. around the middle of April. Does it matter which ship we choose, or are they all about the same? Also, do you know when the 2020 itieneraries will become available? Thanks again for your help.
  4. Since you mentioned it, we are thinking of booking one of the Tulip Time cruises in 2020. Do you or anyone else on this board have a suggestion as to what dates and ships we should consider when booking this cruise? Thank you for any advice you can provide. Judy and Bill
  5. I am just now starting to read all of the posts on this board. My husband and I are considering booking our first river cruise on AmaWaterways in 2020, so the information on this board is very helpful. I also wanted to comment on the Van Speyk restaurant in Amsterdam. We went there for a pre-cruise dinner with a group of people who were going to be on a Celebrity Silhouette Cruise with us that began in Amsterdam in August 2016. We all enjoyed the food there.
  6. We too are now looking forward to getting information on the 2020 sailings since we had to cancel our June 17, 2018, cruise/tour.
  7. We were originally booked on the Radiance for a cruise tour beginning on June 17, but due to a recent automobile accident, we had to cancel it. We are hoping to be able to reschedule an Alaska cruise/tour by 2020, and we are thinking we might like to take a late sailing so that it might give us the opportunity of seeing the Northern Lights in Fairbanks. We would be interested in getting more details on your sailing and pre cruise tour. If you don't mind sharing that information with us, here is my email address: golightj at gmail.com Thank you. Judy
  8. For anyone who will be in Anchorage on June 16 and might be looking for something good to do, I have a tour that I had booked for my husband and myself that we will not be able to go on now. We were in an automobile accident recently, and as a result, we have had to cancel our Alaska Cruise/Tour. Here is the information on the tour: Alaska's Finest Tours & Cruises "Glacier and Wildlife Explorer Tour" for 2 on Saturday, June 16 that starts at 1:00 p.m. at the Anchorage Visitor's Center directly behind the log cabin in downtown Anchorage. I can transfer this tour to 2 other individuals who are interested in taking this tour. The tour includes a boat ride to the Portage Glacier and wildlife sightings. It received very high ratings on Trip Advisor. If anyone is interested in taking this tour, you can contact me at: golightj at gmail.com Thank you!
