  1. Fiji Airlines has a SFO - SYD via Fiji for a lower rate than most for February. Has anyone had experience with them?
  2. Just booked 18 day Sydney/Tahiti for Feb 28, 2023 and final payment is October 1st. Just shy of 5 months.
  3. Paid my deposit on an 18 day from Sydney to Tahiti today. It's for 2023 but I wanted a particular section of the ship and was willing to pay to reserve it. There will be pent up demand for the next few years and I wasn't willing to roll the dice on this itinerary.
  4. Thank you for this, I found it very informative. If certain people don't like it perhaps they should just ignore it and quietly move to another forum for their drivel.
  5. Received credit to my card within a week for a June cruise.
  6. Has anyone used Story Land & Sea Villas or Audley Tours for a pre or post stay/tour? We're interested in a Tuscany villa with included meals and small group tour.
  7. We went from A3 to PH3 during the July sale. They are there if you look.
  8. After two cancellations (mine, not the cruiseline) and rebooking I have now cancelled my June 2021 cruise. I won't be looking forward to starting again until 2022. I am too tired of the worry and disappointment.
  9. They're not saying that they are going to test everyone daily, only that they will have the "Capacity" to do it if they have to.
  10. Posted on numerous sites. included all Norwegian brands. https://cruiseradio.net/norwegian-cruise-line-cancels-remainder-of-2020-sailings/
  11. Sailing up the river to Kotar. I couldn't believe a ship as large as the Nieuw Amsterdam could navigate such a spectacular seaway through beautiful mountains, small villages and islands.
  12. Is Gatwick from Southampton any better? On a Sunday?
  13. For me, NYC is the most disappointing. I have been quite a few times, mostly many years ago when Times Square was pretty seedy. Recently I had the occasion to be there and as soon as I got out of the cab I regretted it. The initial sounds and smells brought the past's memories flooding back. I couldn't wait to leave. On the other hand i love Barcelona, Rome and Venice.
  14. Hahaha, probably quite a few. Just think The Christmas Song, Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire.....he wrote it.
