I am looking for snorkeling opportunities on Martinique, ship docks at Fort De France

We are sailing to Martinique on March the 6th with a 10 day cruise and so far of all the many excursions offered by the ship there is not one single snorkel opportunity. Can anyone please help me identify another provider or a good walk off shore location that you could cab to for Snorkeling. Thanks so much.
