  1. Disembarked from Odyssey last Saturday. We thought the service onboard was as good if not better than our previous cruise last year on Odyssey and that food in the MDR was improved both in quality and choice
  2. I always book through an agent. I book at least 2 cruises per year, always through the same agent and they kick back part of their commission. Most recently I have received about 10%.on cruises with Seabourn and Regent
  3. We have a V5Gty booking on Odyssey departing Athens on 4th October with a V5Gty I have been checking my e-pass and found this morning that We have been allocated a V6 cabin
  4. We did the Island / airport tour then in February 2018. It was very good. A journey along the Atlantic coast then an old mansion where we had a pleasant buffet lunch. From memory we were at the airport around 2pm.
  5. Some other guests went on an Regent excursion to a small village visiting a school and a local market. They then went to a beach resort. They said they had a good time.
  6. We were in Sihanoukville last week. There was a shuttle to the port gate and one to the market We went on a tuk tuk ride in the morning and had planned to go on a shuttle to the market in the afternoon,but having gone past it on our ride decided to stay onboard.
  7. We disembarked in Bangkok this weekend. Although we had not been on Mariner for some years we thought the refurbishment was very tasteful. There were lots of tables for two in all restaurants
  8. Slightly off topic I was "hooked" by an offer from Regent that gave a 3 category cabin up grade and 3 day pre or post cruise hotel stay. I selected the pre-cruise option and told my TA. When I received my confirmation documents I found I had not received the cabin upgrade. When told of this my TA acquired this for me. I told this to a friend who used to be an executive of a cruise company. His comment was that "if you advertise an incentive it is normal practice to give this only if the client requests it"
