Am I correct that you cant use the drink package for room service? I really enjoy a drink sitting out on my balcony.

Thanks all for your input. I had a feeling the taxi would be the best bet, but since I have never done the RCCL shuttle, I wasnt sure if I should finally try it.

We have never used the rccl shuttle to the ship. We will be going from FLL to Port Everglades. Looking to see what the price for two would be. I know that sometimes its cheaper to get a taxi.

We have been to St Maarten many times and have been to different beaches. We have never been to Great Bay but this time have decided to stay close to the ship and do some shopping, eating, drinking, and relaxing on the beach. My question. Which place is the best to rent chairs and umbrellas? Is it like Orient Beach, where the colored umbrellas are associated with a certain restaurant. Do some have specials if you rent from them. Free drinks maybe? Thanks in advance for any info.

We have never sailed out of Port Canaveral. Is there a place, near the port, where we can purchase wine to bring on board the ship. Not keen on putting it in our checked luggage. Also is Orlando the nearest airport to Port Canaveral. Thanx for any info.

I am very happy that RCCL has come to there senses and allows passengers to bring on wine. My question is this....if I wanted to bring on 3 bottles of wine, would they charge me a fee for the extra bottle or confiscate it. I wouldn't mind having to pay extra to be able to have my own wine.

If I remember correctly the lobster served on cruise ships are more like a very large cray fish. No claws only a tail. I could never figure out what the attraction is. A real lobster comes from the cold waters of New England.

How do I book the rccl transfer and how much is it from newark to cape liberty. Not sure if it would be any cheaper and faster to take a taxi.

I have enough points for a 2nd passenger cruises free on a 7 day caribbean cruise but I want to do a 9 day cruise. My question is this, how would my points be applied for the longer cruise. Hoping someone here has done this before. Been trying to get thru to royal rewards but thats a joke. Even tried calling but was left on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up. Havent booked anything yet because I was hoping I could get some info. Thank you for any info.
