Here we are into several weeks of quarantine and still so sad about cancelling our RS 50th Anniversary May Alaska cruise! Today, we actually started looking at a cruise and maybe will be putting on a deposit! I really got a flutter of excitement...We are awaiting a call back from our TA to confirm my hold! I am really in need of a "happy" dance...and will have something to look forward to for the next year!...and it could be a LONG year! It is 100% refundable, so we thought we could take a leap of faith here...Our prayer is that life will return to some form of "new normal

There are still some amazing "suite" deals on the April & May Alaska cruises...I mean a RS for 3200 pp for a 11 night cruise??!! I understand concerns, but WOW....and we are not planning on opting out of this cruise. In fact we are looking at contingencies if there is a problem with SEATAC... We are healthy with no underlying issues and we work in schools so our immune system works overtime ALL the time.....So as long as Celebrity sails, we sail..

oops! That email was on 2/17..and the only reason I opened it was because I was off work for President's Day...

I did get the email on 2/27..clicked it and scored a RS for less that $8000 for 2!.. An amazing deal for an 11 night cruise!

If anyone is looking for a great Alaska deal..Check out the Millenium May 2020 NEW offerings...they came back early from Asia and added a couple of GREAT deal cruises...We cancelled our B2B in Aug-Sept and saved a fortune!
