Hi everyone. Am looking at a South America/Antarctica cruise on Oosterdam in an outside cabin. What are the views from the indoor public areas like? Should I consider a balcony? Thanks for your thoughts

We have a choice between Verandah cabin 4172 and 4129 both on the Upper Promenade deck of the Oosterdam. We like an aft cabin, but are concerned that 4172 is above the kitchen part of the dining room and might be noisy at night. 4129 is wedged between life boats and another cabin with an expanded deck, that may block our side views. It is a long cruise so we want to make a good choice. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I am not particularly knowledgeable in this area and was wondering if I need to purchase either or both of these before I leave. I will only need to charge my iPhone and nothing else. Thanks in advance -
Port side. I have this cabin booked for an upcoming cruise. Should I try to get it switched as it might be in the zone of quarantine cabins. (Per information from another cruiser)?
