“Live” from the "Allure of the Seas": Western - Nov 17-24,2013

I usually avoid those $10 sales. But I occasionally get sucked in. I did buy a formal night clutch that I use a lot once, plus a couple of those wraps have come in handy at times. And once my watch broke on the cruise so I went on a huge "splurge" for the $10 variety. But on the Allure I swore to not go at all. I had all the scarves, purses, watches I would ever need. Then I saw the $10 CZ "diamond" stud earrings on the way to grab a slice of pizza........I must admit that I wear them almost every day.:rolleyes::D

I continue to enjoy your Cruise, Dale - and thanks for reminding me that we can go to the specialty restaurants for LUNCH so we don't have to limit ourselves for dinner only since there are some dishes in the MDR that we want to enjoy most nights and don't want to miss by going to the specialty's -- do you know if the BOGO's were available for the first night for the specialty's for D+ folks? Tell Bugsy, Wendy and Tom that I miss them and can't wait for our mutual sailing which I am hoping YOU will be on it too -- Host Corkey

We were tied up to the pier shortly after 730am.

We are in for a beautiful rain free day today in Cozumel.

Cozumel was one of our very first Caribbean port stops. I remember just standing on the pier staring into the water. I had never seen water that blue. Your picture of the ship tying up brought me right back to that moment.:)

Made our way off the ship shortly after 9am

When you leave the pier they check your bags to make sure your not carrying food, fruits and vegetables.

We $40 for all of us to bring us to Mr. Sanchos one way.

Andy was happy he got to come along. He was afraid James (007) our room steward was going to put him to work. He just wanted to sit on a beach and drink all day. He didn't want to have to steam clean carpets or peel vegetables.

We arrived at Mr Sanchos around 945 or so and among some of the first visitors here for the day.

Paid our money and got our wrist bands

Walked in to beautiful waters, beach and surroundings.
