What is the first food you look forward to?

Well, to each his (or her) own. We went to the Pig & Anchor for the first time on Embarkation Day on the Vista. The BBQ chicken was okay, but I've had better. The BBQ pork was overcooked. Definitely not worth waiting in line for.

I had the same experience. People were chowing it down though.

Watermelon from the taco bar....it is often very tasty whereas what is sold where I live is usually bland or awful. After that, I look forward to shrimp cocktail every night, any of the chilled fruit soups in the main dining room...

and now you have inspired me to try the fish tacos!

Crème Brule (Spelling?) An absolute must have. Wish I could have it every night.

You CAN have it every night.

For the past several years I make a request with my waiter to have 2 Creme Brulee"s every night.

The waiter puts in the request to the kitchen and Voila', Creme Brulee is flagged with my name and

cabin number and available for me every night in the MDR.

I'm not sure if you can do this with other items, but it has always worked with the Creme Brulee.

Hope this helps for your next cruise.

Miami Vice from the Atrium bar. Our first stop when we arrive aboard (it's got pineapple if ya wanna nit-pick)...

We're not really "foodies" anyway. No food item stands out to me as a "I can't wait!" item...

Yep! Same always got to start off the cruise with a Miami Vice!

23 more days and I’ll be having chocolate cake from Cherry On Top.

I order one for every cruise. Honestly, it’s not even that spectacular but for me it means I’m on a cruise!

just about the same for me... first on will be a nice cool drink....probably a good burger from guy's....I like a good salad bar in the afternoon.....probably get something tasty for the kids from room service.
