Taxi Questions

Are the taxis reliable? Can you have drivers come back to location where dropped off ... meaning ... do they? Don't want to think I have return transportation after being dropped off at our zip lining rainforest adventure when I don't. Very nervous not booking with cruise line but they don't offer the excursion I'm looking at. Are taxis metered or set price? Thank you.

Taxis are a set price and very reliable. Agree to a rate for both ways, set a pick up time, and let the driver know you will be paying after he drops you back off at the ship. The driver may charge you if he waits in his taxi, or he may just come back to get you - depending on how long you will be zip-lining and how far away it is.
