Arriving Aug 28 on Pacific Princess. We would like to take the coach to Waterloo station. I am not able to get the National Express coach site to give me any time tables for that date. I assume the coach runs on that date. Anyone else planning on taking the coach into London,

Just looked on National Express website, Coaches at 0730, 0745, 0855, 1020, 1122, 1337, journey takes between 2hrs 45 to 3 hours 10 mins, the cost is £17.60 or £16.60 per person .

Here is the link I used

http://www.nationalexpress.com/home.aspx

Just tried again. Are you in the UK. Maybe it does not work for US citizens. I cannot get any time tables to display

Link worked for me and I'm in the U.S. Try using a different browser. I'm using Safari.

Have you thought about taking the train up to London instead? My fare was only 13GBP one way from Dover Priory.

look and maybe book at thetrainline.com Do not buy on the day at the trainstation.

the train is generally so much nicer than nationalexpress bus.

I took International Friends www.internationalfriends.co.uk from Dover to my London hotel (Premier Inn Waterloo) with stops along the way. Their coach met us at the Princess pier.

I have used and checked time/price/purchased for National Express Coach from Canada many times with no problems.

I don't know why you need to get to Waterloo, but I must warn you that there are major platform upgrades going on there this August with very reduced service - in fact, in one article I read they were warning people to avoid the station altogether in August and plan to travel by other means. In theory, the work will be finished on Aug 28th but don't believe that!

I was, in fact, intending to go to Southampton by train to pick up a cruise but I have opted for a National Express coach instead. I'm in Bermuda and, using Safari, had no difficulty bringing up the website and buying a ticket.

If you're just trying to get to Central London, surely the National Express coach will go to Victoria Coach Station - in which case, there's no problem.
