Can't complain about these seats! Going on in 15 minutes. 45 minute set.

We did the repo on the Dawn from Boston to NOLA. It was our first time to NOLA and to say the least it was interesting! We did the same show, it was fabulous.

Enjoy the Dawn!

Back at the hotel, with no latitudes chocolates to be found. We're exhausted. Tomorrow we only have two commitments: breakfast at Brennan's and a Cruise Critic kick-off at the Carousel Bar at the Hotel Monteleone. Beyond that... who knows?

Pregame day 1 is in the books. Just over 36 hours until our return to the NCL Dawn.

Glad you tried my suggestion of Felixes for the oysters but charbroiled next time. I'll be arriving early tomorrow morning! Glad to see your live report!

We had charbroiled!! That was in the first photo from Felix's. OMG... that bread in the charbroiled oyster drippings / butter / lemon on the plate... crazy good. I went back to the soaked bread after "dessert".

Charbroiled were the highlight.

I managed nearly 8 hours of well-needed rest.

After two nights of very little sleep, I felt that I was fighting back a cold during our travels yesterday. Hopefully I beat it before it took hold.

We're leisurely getting ready for breakfast, which is right around the corner. Not sure which direction we'll be heading afterwards.

You need to try Ruby Slipper for breakfast.

Thanks for the reminder - I knew there was another place on our list. What's the time commitment if attempting to go there tomorrow morning before heading to port?

Do you need reservations at Brennan's? Somewhere we may try when we are there on our next cruise.

We got them - when we show up at 10:15 I'll ask if walk up is being accepted.

Get there right when they open, I would say about a hour for bfast if you don't have to wait for a table.
