*** PHOTO Trip Journal aboard Carnival's CONQUEST (Sept. 2012, Caribbean) ***

As part of the CruiseMiles Party group aboard Carnival's Conquest cruise ship (remember, won this Caribbean cruise for free basically!),

all 160-170 of us were assigned to late seating dinner in the Monet Restaurant.

As the lighting inside the restaurant was still dim, let's use again the visuals of Dave Wilson's outstanding photography

So after dinner, the entire gang went to the Toulouse Lautrec to see the evening show starring RON JOSEPH!

In Toulouse Lautrec,the CASH CRAZE BINGO was still going on that Wednesday night:

So we ordered DRINKS waiting for the show to start...

I remember the Motown show well. It WAS a fun show. Not sure which show you attended, we went to the 8:45 show, but we also remember a lady running up to the stage a couple of times to make requests. And then there was the young man who just couldn't sing, or maybe didn't know the words, ut he came along toward the end.

Again, great pics...we're re-living our cruise.

Glad we could help revive some of the nice memories from the wonderful Western Caribbean cruise taken at the end of September 2012!

As part of a fairly large organized group, we all had late dinner seating (starting 8:15PM in the Monet Restaurant

vs. Renoir at 6PM that I believe you and your lady had), so we went to the 2nd show, around 10:30PM or so.

Consequently, we missed the 'events' you mentioned as those seem to be part of the earlier show...

Nevertheless, a very entertaining and engaging show! Everyone enjoyed MOTOWN!

The camera is a somehow 'older' Panasonic Lumix, FZ35.

Well, after so much eating and seating while cruising, one can burn some calories... DANCING!
