I think it’s get to know your cruise director and staff and have fun touring the ship with them.

Thanks for the reply and for posting the patters.

It's amazing how different ships look early in the morning before everyone get up! It is so peaceful at that time :)

TicketS53 - loving your review, I loved the Liberty thought she was a beautiful ship. Heading out on the Dream in January so looking forward to your review on her. I noticed you have cruised on a lit of Carnival ships but you haven't been on my favorite the Spirit. She is now home ported in Australia, love that ship.

Thank you. I assume you meant Breeze and not Dream.

We have cruised on Spirit sister ships, Miracle and Pride so I know why you love her. :)

We skipped breakfast and disembarked at 9:30 am. We took a taxi to Mr. Sanchos Beach Club. Taxi rate was $16 for 1-4 persons each way. You can buy your tickets in advance for the all-inclusive day pass at $50 a person. They have a limit of 200 people for the all-inclusive. They also have a pay as you go section which is separate from the all-inclusive. Knowing this was low season I purchased our tickets on arrival. Here is an excerpt from their internet site.

Enjoy one of the most popular all inclusive beach day passes at famous Mr. Sanchos Beach Club offering an original Mexican Caribbean atmosphere. At this white, sandy, mile long beach we offer you the best value for a truly indulging beach day pass including all you want to order from the menu (excluding lobster), all you can drink bar (excluding imported beers), snorkel equipment, ocean kayaks, lockers, private beach side tables with umbrellas, beach chairs, lounge beds, swim up pool bar, fresh water showers, changing rooms, beach volleyball, ping pong, hammocks, separate swimming area, and more!”

Enjoying your review and pics!

Can you tell me if it's a long walk down the dock to the shops? We're stopping in Cozumel on our cruise next year and my older sister ( 80's) will be with us. I'm wondering if she will be able to walk down that dock. She is very mobile just not good at long distances.

Thanks.

One side of the bar has swings and the other side has a pool.

It was not busy; there were 4-5 waiters and only about 20 people in the all-inclusive section. Therefore we had our own personal waiter. This meant we never had to leave our area to get a meal or drink.

Arielle came to me and asked if I could buy her a bracelet for the water park. Cost $12 per person. I told her “you know what, I’ll go with you”, Tracy also came.

It didn’t take her long to get out there
