Can only snail mail or fax. Sadly, I don't have a fax. It needs to be submitted more than two weeks prior to cruising. I ran mine to the post office today. Hate to miss out on a $250.00 OBC.

Why the h**l is it so hard to find this form? :mad: It is not on their website--only that there is a cruise benefit, not the form itself. I looked on Google for 30 minutes until I saw it mentioned in a CruiseC

A little off subject but the stock symbol CCL (Carnival Corporation & PLC) ended today at $68.24/share. The 52 week low on 10/17/2016 was $45.91. I know some on cc have said they are waiting for the stock to go down before they bought their 100 shares. The second point is that the stock holders benefit has been offered for years (decades?) as does other lines like RCCL. It will continue to be offered as I could just hear the whining and moaning if they ever dared to remove it. Buy your 100 shares and get the OBC (1 per stateroom).

As for the original post, I have for years just sent Princess (fax now) the data they required on a plain sheet of paper along with the stock ownership verification. I am not sure I have ever used the "form".

I booked a cruise last week. The Cruise Vacation Planner with Princess asked me if I was a stockholder and emailed the form to me.

All that is needed, and all that I have ever used, is a fax cover sheet with the required info. Attach proof and send. Simple as that!!
