I think you need to reach a certain number of posts before it shows up (that's what I've heard around here, anyway).

You don't have at least 300 posts.

It is not important as to whether or not is on the member list. I have never looked to see if mine is there or not.

In the future, put a relevant subject heading for your post. Otherwise it defaults to your screen name.

Greetings and salutations, BBB; you are not only a member with posting rights, but in another 295 or so posts, your name will be emlazoned on the member list.
