Costa Rica coffee plantation tours?

Hi, my cruise ship next month (March) will be docking at Puerto Caldera (Puntarenas), Costa Rica for the day. I am looking at two coffee plantation tours, one at Doka Estate and the other at Espiritu Santo. Which one would you suggest? How is the walking on each tour (hilly, etc.)? Many thanks!

We're doing the Espiritu Santo. It has great reviews on Tripadvisor. Don't know about the hills though.

I would google both tours and see where you come up with.
