Carnival Fascination 10/29 Question

Hello,

We just found out that our Carnival Fascination cruise leaving from San Juan on 10/29 is back on. While we are excited to go on this cruise, it seems that many of the hotels in San Juan still do not have electricity. We are scheduled to arrive in San Juan on 10/27 and stay at the Hotel Milano. We have reached out to this hotel and have not heard back if we would be able to stay there, however, it appears (from reading through threads) that this hotel does not have electricity.

What are others doing who are leaving from San Juan on 10/29 Fascination? While we are devastated for the people of Puerto Rico, and while we are there, we would like to help in any way we can. But realistically speaking....it doesn't appear that it's habitable yet. Any advice about what to do and where to stay in San Juan would be great. Thank you!
