Share holder benefit not available

Can you explain status of share holder benefit? We were assured that bogo offer on board was still edible for this. According to refusal letter, it is not combinable withe any offer. There always seems to be some offer such one year early booking credit, two class update or something. If it is no longer available, on board people need to be honest about it!

Agree, even if you have none of these offers, if you have a loyalty benefit applied onboard (5%, 7% etc) it makes you ineligible - hardly sends out a message supporting loyalty. I would say if it is no longer applied for the majority of Azamara guests who apply, scrap it!
