Casino Certificates - New Policy

If you have any unused certificates that are 30 days past the issue date, they cannot be used. CR changed their policy about a week or so ago and they will not honor the certificate value past the 30 day issue date. They are not sending out any information about the new policy either. Not sure who I can write to about this issue. It is no longer beneficial to spend time in the casino and earn any certificates unless you have a specific booking so it can be used within 30 days.

There is still no information being disseminated about the new program and the comp'd stateroom that comes with the new tier statuses. My concern is that once the new program is released throughout the fleet, how long do we have to book the comp'd stateroom. Unless we receive an email or information in a timely manner, I could lose that comp also.

That's been the policy.

Must reserve within 30 days of the issue date on the certificate.

Must be used on any cruise within 1 year of issue date.

That's what it says on the certificates. They have not been enforcing the policy till now. We have 10 cruises booked in the coming 12 months. So the certificates are meaningless for now. Not going to book anything new for a while.

My wife and I are both Prime category so we will each get a free inside cabin cruise.
