Trading Free Mini-Bar Setup for Premium Coffee Cards

I've read on numerous post that people have traded in their mini-bar setup Premium Coffee Cards.

How do I do this?

Just call room service and ask to trade out all your mini bar setup for two coffee cards. They'll come up, collect your setup and ensure all is there. They then hand you your coffee cards. Very simple.

Unless you are Elite, you don't get a free mini-bar with a mini-suite

Champagne is probably the last thing I would call the swill Princess gives you in the minis and suites!

Are the setups identical for elite cabins regardless of the cabin category?

Just a note if you are an elite in a full suite you can get 2 mini bar setups - and yest the setup for elites is the same regardless of cabin

Also if you are elite and in a suite you can get a bottle of wine for each set up in the mini bar. We just got back from Mexico and got 2 bottles of wine for our 2 set ups. Also, we just called the first full day of the cruise and had the mini bar set up removed and also told them also that we wanted the second bottle of wine instead of the second mini bar set up so they brought up both bottles on the second day so we did not have to wait. Worked really well. Took them to dinner and had no problem with the waiter opening them. Very good wine also.
