I do not believe that the Eclipse has a head butler or least I never met one. I do not recall ever meeting one on any cruise. They do now have a Suite’s Manager in addition to the MC Conceirge. It is my understanding that the Butlers and MC Conceirge report to the Suite Manager.

Well I know that Emir is the head or lead butler on Equinox, at least he was last year and Singh was on Eclipse 2 years ago, perhaps that has changed now.

Since implementation of the Suite Manager position, the Head Butler position has been eliminated. There are no longer any head butlers and I know on the Summit the amount of butlers has been reduced by one.

I’m pretty sure he mentioned to us that he was due to go on vacation shortly after we disembarked. We got off Eclipse on Dec 21/17.

Hopefully you will see him when you are on board in April.
