Rookie or can they just pull up to where you are standing

new to both Port Everglades and ride sharing. My question: When disembarking from your cruise, is there a designated area to meet your Uber driver or can they just pull up to where you are waiting? If there is a designated spot to meet your driver, where is that spot in relation to where you exit the terminal? Thanks.

It's been over a year, but I believe Uber picked us up at the curb to the left of where you exit the port terminal. It seems like we took a left and walked about 100 feet up to the corner of the terminal. There was no designated pickup area, and this was the same general area that the taxis were using.

It is the easiest port we have ever been to. The parking lot is loaded with cabs, shuttles, Uber and Lyft...waiting for all the pax to disembark.

This is exactly where you go. Have used Lyft several times from there.:)
