Changing Passengers

Yes, you can definitely change a passenger, as long as one original passenger in that cabin remains. As to cost, probably depends on who you book through & the cruiseline. We did a name change on a RCI cruise that we booked through Ozcruising and was charged $75. But we also changed a name once on a P&O cruise that we booked directly with them and I'm sure we weren't charged anything.
