QM2 Deck 4 Atrium Stateroom Curiosity

When looking at QM2 atrium photos, I noticed there are rows of 3 windows on Deck 4, mirroring those of the staterooms overlooking the atrium on Decks 5 and 6. I guess this was done for aesthetics since there are no atrium staterooms on Deck 4? Just found this tidbit interesting...

I'm not sure either what is within the space of those "faux" atrium view cabins on deck 4. I was curious enough to check the deck 4 corridors in that area during one of our past crossings. All I was able to find were a couple doors with signage that reads as follows which may offer some clues:

1) "AC Room 504", "Fire Damper Inside", "Fire Door FD.4.5.10", "FR 97", "Private"

2) "Electrical Substation", "Fire Door FD.4.5.8", "Private"
