Coco Cay Pier

Does anyone know the status of have an updated photo of where construction stands. It was slated to be ready for June 2018, just wondering if this is still the case? While we were lucky that our one and only trip there we were able to tender, I have read so many people have missed this port due to weather. It's been fantastic for Labadee and I'm sure it will be the same for Coco Cay.

Latest info I've seen, is still slated to open sometime in June.

I saw a photo on a social media site. Impossible to tell how much was done and if they are on target.

Maybe that person (or someone who can share from another site) can repost it here with some insight!

Haven't found any official word from Royal on the subject, but word has it that it will be September 2018 before the pier is completed. A blog post mentioned that the first phase of "Perfect Day at Coco Cay" is scheduled to open in September 2018 "with completion of the pier".

Time will tell.

Yes, hoping the pier will be finished by the middle of October. It will be so nice not to tender from the Ship over to the island.

I was there on Saturday. It looks like much remains to be done but they had workmen there working all day, so they seem motivated to get it completed on time.
