Maracas Beach

It's been a rather long while since we've been to Trinidad ... but will have a port stop there in January 2018.

We took the Maracas Beach excursion thru the ship. Actually, took it on two of our port stops there.

They put us four to a taxi for a beautiful (somewhat long) drive to the beach.

Hoping it'll be offered on our 2018 cruise. :)

We visited Maracas Beach last year & had the Bake & Shark, was delicious! It is a long drive but we had a great time. We visited Trinidad & Tobago for a week total and prefer Tobago to Trinidad. Tobago is not as hectic as Trinidad probably because of how traffic is in Trinidad.

Princess has a Circle Caribbean 14 day cruise we are taking October 2017 & are looking forward to stopping at Port Of Spain. IMO, we will do a ship excursion since the intense traffic may delay us getting back to the ship.

We are also booked on a Princess Circle Caribbean 14 day ... but not until January 2018.

Absolutely, we will take a ship's excursion. Probably back to Marcus Beach again. :)

Maracas Beach will be our choice too, really a nice way to spend time in Trinidad. :)

It is great that Princess started to have true 14 day voyages instead of B2B cruises. Hope Princess continues to offer them.
