The free hop on/off trolleys look to be a great transportation option. Are back up running?

That's great news, was hoping they would be up and running before our stop on January 25th.

I was there last week and did not see a trolley and they were not running. We walked to the fort and I asked the person (park employee) we purchased our tickets to the fort from and she said trolleys are not running and will probably never run again.

Funny. Saw them Sunday and yesterday, and expect to see them today.

Likely not Wed-Sat with the San Sebastián festival going on, though.
