Shuttle service from Mia-Ft Lauderdale

Recommended Posts

Hello.

We are wondering if anyone has used a shuttle service from Miami airport to Ft Lauderdale hotels. Then from the Cruise port in Ft Lauderdale back to Miami airport. We heard SAS was good, but they don't go to the airport. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!!!!

We used QLS Transportation a couple weeks ago and they were great. I'm not sure if they run the route you need, but they do serve the Miami airport, both cruise ports, and many hotels around the Ft. Lauderdale airport. You might want to call and ask.

We drove down and stayed the night before at a Ft. Lauderdale hotel that has long-term parking for cruisers. So we took the shuttle from there to the Miami cruise port, and back again after. We got to pick the times, which was nice. They give themselves a half hour window to arrive because it's a shared shuttle and sometimes they make other stops first, but ours arrived at 9:10 for a 9:00 request. He only had one other stop to make after us, then got us to the Port of Miami is good time. He dropped us off at the terminal and explained where to wait for the return trip. Upon our return, we debarked from the ship much earlier than our scheduled shuttle pick up, but it wasn't a problem. I called their office, they already had one of their vans on the way there to pick up passengers from another ship, and had room for us. Turned out to be the same driver that brought us. We were the last of three stops, but it was quick & painless. We'll use them again if necessary. It cost us $15/ea. one way. They also offer private shuttles.

We used QLS when we traveled from Ft Lauderdale to Miami and back and it was only $10 per person each way for 11 of us . They had comfortable vans and used lots of communication before pick ups so that there are no hiccups.
