Sea Trek Helmet Walk in Cozumel no longer available thru Carnival?

Trying to book excursions for myself and my son in Cozumel. He is 8 and really excited to do the SeaTrek underwater helmet walk but it's no longer available if we are on Carnival.

There are others sites we can book but if we mention coming from Carnival, they said we can't book.

It's because it's offered on Carnival however its not. its not on carnival site, its not available thru carnival travel agent.

Anyone else seeing this problem? Do you think I can just book it without saying i'm from Carnival ship? So frustrating
