Monday Feb 19 (Presidents Day) is Casinos At Sea open?!

Been on hold with CAS for 42 mins, just checking they are open today right? lol

They are normally open at this time on a monday, but as it is a holiday I wondered if they aren't open. I am listening to the same music, speeches & advertisements & "our reps are working hard to help other callers, one will be with you shortly".

But thought I would check!

Well if anyone else is interested... yes they are open & answering the phones, but took us 54 minutes to get through!

Of course it was a question about upgrading & was an obnoxious amount, so call was over with within 2-3 minutes. Sigh. Did I really just waste an hour of my life?!!!

They’re definitely open, as I’ve received a phone call and e-mail from them today regarding my CAS-booked Cuba cruise that was cancelled. :( Today was the cutoff for switching to another Cuba cruise out of a different port or another cruise to a different location in exchange for OBC, so I’m sure they’re swamped. The change affected sailings from Sep to Nov this year - that’s a LOT of cruises to change, cancel, or re-book!
