Are you asking about the MSC Fantasia (the ship), or MSC's Fantastica Experience, which is an option on all ships?

On the Fantasia ship, whether or not a drink package is included depends on which "experience" you book, as well as the particular promotions being offered at the time of booking and the region you are booking from.

For the Fantastica experience, there is not a drink package built into the experience like there is with the Yacht Club experience. There is currently a promotion being offered to people booking from the USA (and possibly Canada? I'm not certain) that provides 12 drink vouchers per person booking the Fantastica experience; this promotion ends next year.

Various drink packages are available to purchase if they aren't included in what you booked.
