We want to Zipline/They need a beach

We are a family of 5 cruising on RCI Serenade of the Seas in March 2012. My twin DS's and I want to Zipline with Treetop Adventures, DH and DD want to do some shopping and a nice beach day. I know the zipline is quite a drive from the pier, is there a nice beach that they can spend the day and we can meet up with them after our zipline adventure? I would appreciate any suggestions, Thanks!

the best beach for both beach and shopping is Reduit Beach - the opposite direction from the pier as Treetop Adventures. Reduit is about 25 minutes north from the port and is about $20-$25US one way for 4 people by cab. There is a long stretch of beach with chairs/umbrellas to rent, watersports for hire, beachside restaurants, facilities, and 2 shopping malls along with lods of other restuarants as options all within a 15 minute walk of the beach.

You could make arrangements to meet there after your zipline if your tour operator would agree to drop you at the beach.
