Says it will be delivered to Cabin between 10am and 9pm. What does this mean, isn't it attached to the Sail and Sign card? I don't want to miss out if they don't activate it until later in the day.

You'll get a sticker at the first bar you order from. That's been my experience at least.

It will be in the system...You can walk right on and order a drink. You get a slip with each drink and it will show 0.00

Our sticker magically appeared sometime on day 2..... Since they take your card for every drink ordered...its really not a big issue. In the past they would look for the cheers sticker and rarely swipe your card....But I guess they've become more stringent

While in your home port you may see an approximately 40 cent charge per drink since you are not into international waters

I ordered Cheers online prior to my cruise. When I got on the ship I had a drink within five minutes. Cheers is already on your account when you board if you pre ordered it.

That message is just a standard one that appears for any purchase. in the case of Cheers there is nothing to deliver it is handled when you get your first drink they will apply the sticker.
