2017 -List of officers , concierge, hotel director etc.

Anyone seen concierge Naomi recently? Or butler Jennifer? They were both on the Pearl in July. Both were great and hope to see them on a future sailing.

 

I'm sure that vacation lengths vary by contract but does anyone have any knowledge as to the normal concierge vacation length?

Jennifer is still on Pearl but not sure when she goes on vacation . Concierge on Pearl right now is Kadek

Usually, any time between three months before and one hour after boarding.

It all depends on each individual's vacation schedule. ;)

Any Escape updates for January 2018 will be appreciated. Sounds like there are some switches happening around this time between the Escape and Bliss.

I don't see any recent reports on the STAR. We'll be on her over New Year's and will report back ASAP.

Pedro (CD) was on the Spirit until his vacation in early November. Not sure if he going back to Epic though

There is a direct e mail and quite rightly not posted here but if you e mail the office they will forward it and they may give you the direct email address. Who it will be though is anyones guess these days. I think you will find they have gone through a lot in the last year!

That was Leah's last cruise as concierge on the Dawn. On the day of our disembarkation, she told me she was going over to the Epic.

Omg please tell me he's not going on vacation in the next 3 weeks?? We are sailing in 2 weeks and were soooo hoping to get him as a captain!! He's so great I would choose a sailing based on where he is!! Thank you so much :)

Yes, I'm jealous you'll have him. He has the best sense of humor!

Had him as our Concierge on the Jewel April 2015 Western Caribbean. He is a tall German fellow. Extremely charming, humble and a heck of a nice guy.

Hanno is on the Epic now. He’s our first concierge, but I can’t imagine anyone better. He was so nice, down to earth, and made us feel truly at home. He was very genuine!
