What is Sharkboy? And what is Capt. Heifara's tour like?

Keep seeing references to Sharkboy. I am guessing it's one of those tours where you watch someone feed the sharks? Out of Moorea?

 

Also, are ALL of the following activities offered as part of the Capt. Heifara tour?

 

Snorkeling (both w/dolphins &/or humpback whales if the season is right), a shark feeding experience and a picnic? Anyone know how long this tour is and what it costs? And where to book it? Thanks for any input.
