Family of 6 arriving late in port ideas

We are 4 adults and two children ages 10 & 6. We arrive on the Paradise at 11am and leave at 8pm. Looking for ideas please

An afternoon at the beach club of your choice and then some time strolling around downtown before heading back to your ship sounds like a good plan to me. Paradise Beach is a pay-as-you-go beach club with great facilities, nice beach, HUGE pool and good food//drinks/service. $3 admission fee - the place is huge and you can always find loungers/chairs and shade. Taxi for 4 each way should be about $17, depending slightly upon which of the three cruise ship piers you are at.

Just looked it up and this place looks amazing!! I'll be here in May. Is the water calm and do they have lockers?

5 ships is about average for Cozumel - there are three cruise ship piers on the island. I would not sweat the crowds and plan to do what you want - beach, snorkel, bar hop tour, etc. :cool:
