How to confirm reservations are really linked?

Called Princess yesterday to have reservations linked with people we are traveling with. I provided the booking numbers, but they had to then call with my booking number before Princess would link them. They did do this, but I am wondering where I go on my cruise personalizer to confirm that this was actually done? We have traditional dining and just want to make sure we are seated together. I'm regretting a little bit not having a TA. We used one for our last trip and while she wasn't particularly helpful, she did take care of this stuff....

The only place I know of seeing this was on a printout that my TA was happy to provide from her booking records. It was a code within the booking record.

Usually it works out and you are assigned together, just check your table assignment when you check in. In 20 cruises, it has worked correctly 18 times for us.

Twice last year (might have been a glitch in the notorious Princess software) the booking code somehow did not make it from Santa Clarita to the ship. So we had to go visit the Maitre d’ the first day and get our dining fixed. He was charming, showed us his printout without the code when we showed him our booking record with it, we laughed and he got us a very nice window table together with a great serving team and came by to check on us every few days. So those two times worked out better than if it had just been some random regular assignment together. ;)
