Zaandam - MDR menus for Alaska

Has anyone been on the Zaandam lately? We want to book a night for the Pinnacle Grill but not sure which night, would like to see the MDR menu before we choose, try to avoid the first night and both formal nights.

Heard the menu had changed lately, is this correct?

Book the Pinnacle every night on the Zaandam. The food in the MDR is decent enough, it would actually be pretty good if they served it while its still hot. Too many cutbacks in food service in the MDR. Poor waiter is doing everything and food ends up sitting in the galley too long before they can get back and serve it.

This years Alaskan menus aren't available yet as the season hasn't begun.

And Yes, HAL is constantly changing the menus. The items may be the same but they like to change the sauces and side dishes.

BTW, we would like to eat at the Pinnacle Grill every night but... our MDR meals are already paid for, why not enjoy, we are on vacations, take the best of it. One night at the Pinnacle Grill will be our special occasion night.:)

Just read through the posts and you will see it. I had the Lamb and DH had a steak. Both were prepared perfectly.

Good plan. While the Pinnacle is nice, eating there every night would be like a week in a steakhouse. (Before someone jumps on this, most steakhouses serve seafood as well.)

The MDR menu is varied enough that you should find something to your liking every day.

Thank you everyone. Unfortunately the search function still not working. Would someone please post a 7 day MDR menu (any ship). We would like to get an idea.
