Ocho Rios Questions - Blue Mountain Coffee, Tours

Is there still a shop selling Blue Mountain Coffee duty free in the Taj Mahal shopping center? What about the General Market? Is there still a shop selling it at the end of the cruise pier and is it much more expensive there?

Is there still a kiosk to book tours as you leave the cruise port? Is the Blue Hole still $30 each there?
