Crystal River Cruises - Butler Service

As published on the Crystal Cruises web-site in terms of stateroom amenities:

I see the following listed. I can understand the first and third bullet but cannot work out the second bullet points.

I know when I was on the Crystal Mozart and paid for a joy-ride on the Crystal Mozart II in Budapest, our butler did have to come along to service us drinks (along with Captain, 2 crew so it was a 4 to 2 so it was a crew to passenger ratio!) The butler on duty would depend on who booked the excursion. Would this be an example of the second bullet point?

If it helps, based on the Crystal website and the phrase 'Optional Experience' I had assumed it would mean making a booking for one of the following:

Dozens of Optional Experiences including:

• Vintage photography adventure in Vukovar;
  
• Hands-on instruction in Linzer torte baking;
  
• Private home cooking lesson in Kehl;
  
• Wine tasting in the renowned cellars of Vienna’s Palais Coburg;
  
• Canoe through the romantic canals of Strasbourg;
  
• Explore Budapest by Trabant Cars;
  
• Hands-on creativity in one of Novi Sad’s last remaining tapestry workshops;
  
• Horseback riding through the forests of Novi Sad’s Fruška Gora National Park.

I am sure that your Mozart II experience would fit into that category as well.

On other lines that provide a butler we have also used them for arrangements like private tours outside the scope of the tours offered by the cruise line , but I'm not sure if that fits within Crystal's definition.
