Hi has anyone had problems with RCCL rebooking redeployed adventure of the seas August 2018,from the Bahamas to Canada / New England , Also trying to contact direct RCCL direct to access My Account. regards

Did you book direct through RCI or through a travel agent? If you booked through a TA you will need to contact them to make any changes regarding your booking. You should be able to access your reservation to review your booking, however, directly through the RCI website. There you can purchase excursions or make dining reservations, etc., however you cannot make changes to the booking itself directly - that has to be done through your TA if one was used to book initially.
