we had Alexandra Fataccioli on Infinity to Alaska a year and a half ago approx. we are on Infinity again doing Pacific Coastal in May. Is she still on Infinity and if not where. She was absolutely wonderful

Alexandra has been promoted to Asst Front Desk Manager on Reflection.

We had Alex on our last 3 cruises on Connie, she was a lovely girl! So glad for her she has been promoted. But sad we won't see her in April

We sailed with her before on the Infinity in 2015 ... and I agree, we love her. Glad to hear she got a promotion.

Awesome to hear of her promotion. She is great. Ty for responding. I will be on Reflection in January 2019. Hope she will be there still

What exactly does the position of CC Hostess do? What kind of CC services do they perform? For whom?

The CC host is there to explain the program to newbies, check on any possible missing points in your record, organize the Captains Club Celebration, check credentials for entry into the Elite Coffee Break and Cocktail Parties, organize Officer's Table attendance, among other things
